Over the course of my professional tenure in life sciences, I have had the great pleasure of working alongside of great clinicians and scientists specializing in gastroenterology, pathology and rheumatology. I often find that the best patient centric solutions center on understanding the unmet needs and in how we can work with clinicians and patients to improve outcomes.
Major Professional Accomplishment
Development and Commercialization of the 14-3-3 eta biomarker family for the management of autoimmune conditions.
It is really great when we see others independently validate our work. A systematic review citing from the NHS in the UK supporting the tireless efforts it took to bring this innovation to the market makes it extremely worthwhile and gratifying. We all aspire to have a positive impact, and I am grateful to the rheumatology community for entrusting me with this and for the opportunity to help patients with rheumatic conditions.
